Open Space Transfers
POS Landcare has accepted the payment of a commuted sum to take a freehold transfer of public open space from Wainhomes on nine completed developments in the North West. As successors in title POSL will be obliged to maintain the land in accordance with the planning consent and approved drawings.
This number of sites and their locations across the operating region has given POSL the critical mass of sites needed to increase the workforce by a further crew, enhancing our capability, whilst proving financially beneficial to Wainhomes.
The sites are:
- Broadlands, Broad Lane, Rochdale.
- Canterbury Park, Thames Avenue, Leigh.
- Cherry Tree Gardens, Southworth Road, Newton le Willows.
- Fouroaks, Delamere.
- Hillcrest, Chequer Lane, UpHolland.
- Ellesmere Park, Moss Lane, Walkden.
- The Fieldings, Richmond Avenue, Wrea Green.
- Devonshire Park, Devonshire Road, Bolton.
- Chatsworth Park, Rope Lane, Shavington.
