The service provides all the necessary legal and environmental safeguards from point of completion to ensure that the former owner can rest safely in the knowledge that their site has been divested and thereafter is managed positively without any fear of regulatory actions and without any further draw on company finance or resources.

The process of transfer is undertaken on an open disclosure basis under confidentiality so that clear lines of responsibility are identified and understood at the outset. The ‘managed exit’ service is designed to transfer past, present and future liability on sites transferred to Landcare.
